In a post-lockdown world of masks and muffled conversations, we set out on a snowy Pittsburgh micro-mission. Fueled by the promise of steamy soup dumplings from Everyday Noodles, we braved the cold, the protocols, and the prehistoric at the Natural History Museum.
Masked up and bundled tight, we rode the Duquesne Incline like socially distanced snow explorers, taking in frozen views and fogged-up glasses. It was a short, chilly escape, equal parts comfort food, culture, and carefully controlled chaos.
